FMBC has been identifying and capitalizing on real estate value for over 20 years. It started when I bought my first home as a fixer upper. That kicked off a strategy of moving every two years to seek new investment and renovation opportunities.
When my family and I got tired of packing and unpacking, I graduated to real estate investments on behalf of others, and FMBC was formally launched.
Today we’re executing, managing, and assisting with commercial real estate investments across Middle Tennessee.
